Across three seasons of the podcast, the two dads - joined by guests along the way - discuss all of the issues that anyone who experiences baby loss will deal with. From the day it happens to returning to work, from the differences between mums and dads to pregnancy after loss.
The dads have created a toolkit for surviving loss in a practical, humorous, and accessible way.

First and foremost, we just want to let you know that you are not alone. We're Matt and Liam, hosts of the Dad Still Standing podcast.
If you've found your way to this page, it is more than likely that you or someone close to you has lost a child.
We've created Dad Still Standing as a way of helping other dads along their journey with grief. To discuss the difficulties we go through in bereavement, both in the immediate aftermath of baby loss and as time moves on.
If your experience is anything like ours, you'll have found that there are no resources or support for dads...by dads...and that's precisely what we've tried to create.

Finally a male / husband / Dad’s perspective on grief
I started listening to this podcast in an effort to better understand a male (ie my husband’s) grief. I quickly binged half of season 1 and harassed my husband into listening.
It’s so refreshing and unique to hear a Dad’s perspective on loss but also to hear of the differences and similarities in experience in the UK with the NHS (I’m in Australia). Matt and Liam are real, raw and relatable. They cover this difficult topic with grace, insight and occasional humour. Thanks for your wonderful work Matt and Liam 👏🏼

Life changer
After losing my baby girl in January of 2022 I was extremely lost. Matt and Liam opened my eyes that I was not alone. Listening to their stories and words of advice I have begun to embrace my emotions. While I have just begun my journey I have hope for the first time since January that I will be a better father, husband, and man and I have Dad Still Standing to thank for giving me the push I needed!

As a bereaved dad this podcast is second to none, the support through hearing two genuine dads talk about all the struggles of baby loss is incredible. Just listening to the first podcast you’ll be hooked.
Its helped so much in being able to open up to family and friends and also helped family and friends learn to be able to support me through my bad days. Honestly could not recommend this podcast enough, have a listen you won’t regret it 🙌
